During his career Eliot has developed strong consultancy, project and programme management competency working for a wide variety of clients in different market sectors, these include supply chain & logistics (including food and pharmaceutical), fund administration, securities services, investment banking and insurance. As well as hands on delivery experience Eliot is trained & qualified in PM methodologies such as Prince 2 and general and specialist consultancy skills.

Jason is a well-educated management professional specialising in technology. He has an extensive background ranging from software development, infrastructure and operations through to supplier, vendor and financial management. Balancing his multiple postgraduate qualifications including an MBA in Commerce and Technology with practical experience of leadership within corporate environments, he has a proven track record of delivering real business benefit.

Tim is a highly experienced Board-Level executive, with an enviable track record in programme management and client relationship management in the financial services, technology and retail banking sectors.

He has operated successfully in both domestic and international markets, and possesses a unique blend of operational skill, strategic thinking, sales success and the practical delivery of operating change. His wide experience of managing operating units and technology businesses ensures he has a deep understanding of the importance of the need for a strong relationship between IT and the user community. Tim has a proven record in successful programme delivery and believes passionately in developing motivated, high performing teams to deliver outstanding results.

During his career Jonathan has developed strong project management competency working for organisations in different market sectors, including government, media, fund administration, private wealth management and law. Jonathan is a highly motivated individual and has a proven track record of leading project teams consisting of operations staff, suppliers and consultants within both business and technology change programmes. Jonathan has real hands-on experience in end-to-end project delivery, understanding technical and stakeholder needs enabling measurable benefit to be delivered. Jonathan has substantial experience of setting up and managing Programme and Project Offices and demonstrates excellent all round knowledge in implementing strong governance and quality assurance processes.

David is a highly experienced IT professional with a strong background in education, economics and technology. David has extensive experience in the offshore trust and company administration industry. Working closely with all stakeholders, David was instrumental in the business analysis and technical development of a trust and company administration system throughout the entire product lifecycle. Before joining Greenlight, David was a director of a well respected software house in Jersey employing over 20 members of staff. David is a proven business analyst and project manager and is highly regarded within the offshore financial services sector and the public services sector.

During his career Ed has developed strong consultancy, project and programme management competency working for a wide variety of clients in different market sectors, these include manufacturing, power generation, rail and construction plant, logistics and parcels, energy exploration and the British Army. He has held commercial, operational and product development roles in Engineering, Financial Services and Postal, as a line manager and as an interim manager within regulated industries and managing his own business.

As well as hands on delivery experience Ed has specialist consultancy skills, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and a member of the Securities & Investment Institute. Ed also holds the IoD Diploma in Company Direction and an MBA from ENPC Paris. Using his experience he has been able to deliver practical and lasting results by striking a pragmatic balance, achieving tactical delivery focus whilst maintaining overall direction towards longer term strategic goals.

Ed has a proven track record of leading mixed client/operational, supplier and consultancy teams within business and IT change programme and project environments, understanding both technical and stakeholder needs as well as the required outcomes for benefits delivery and organisational change.

During her career Mary has developed strong project management and analysis competency working for organisations in different market sectors. Mary is a highly motivated individual and has a proven track record of leading mixed business user, operational, supplier and consultancy teams within business process change programmes. A qualified Prince 2 Practitioner, Mary has real hands-on experience in end-to-end project management. Mary is a natural business analyst with a can do attitude and creative flair, giving her a strong all round skill set and the tools necessary to successfully deliver change.

Angie brings over 20 years of solid experience to Greenlight. Her broad range of organisational and management skills is key to the successful running of the operation, providing a professional and welcoming first point of contact for all our clients. Angie is a keen problem solver and aims to stay one step ahead with a proactive and thorough approach. Angie provides an internal consultancy role, providing project and management support to all of our consultants as well as running projects to deliver internal benefit to Greenlight.

A qualified Prince 2 Practitioner, Paul is a highly motivated, customer focused, and technically aware professional with over 10 year's solid business experience. He has worked within fast paced commercial environments, as well as within the public sector, and as a consequence has gained a diverse range of valuable hands-on experience. Paul has been responsible for initiating and managing high profile business change projects and complex technical projects. His work has resulted in much richer customer experiences and streamlined business processes – delivering real business benefit. Paul has hands-on experience of delivering management information system solutions using his data warehouse analysis, report analysis and development skills.

A qualified Prince2 Practitioner, Sarah has over 10 years experience in Trust, Investment and Project Management, combined with a thorough knowledge of investment products and related systems, through both client facing and operational roles. Sarah understands how to successfully implement change within a business whilst managing the impact on all stakeholders.

Sarah has a positive, can-do attitude that delivers results and is an analytical problem solver who is flexible and committed. Combined with excellent organisation skills, Sarah is a great communicator and team player.

Paul is a technically focussed consultant with many years experience of managing and working within highly technical projects. Paul is comfortable leading and working within large project teams to design, develop and deliver real value across diverse business sectors. Paul has a proven track record in liaising with key business and technology managers to understand business problems and applying technical solutions to deliver the right solution - whilst working within appropriate time and budget constraints. He has the ability and experience to deliver pragmatic, realistic solutions to real-world problems.

Ray is an enthusiastic and highly motivated consultant with over twenty years IT experience backed by an engineering background. In recent years Ray has focused on systems engineering, project management and technical management.

Ray has a proven track record in liaising with key business and technology managers to understand business problems and applying the right mix of operational and technical expertise to deliver the right solution – whilst working within appropriate time and budget constraints. He has the ability and experience to deliver pragmatic and realistic solutions to real-world problems.
